Saudi Arabia biggest Arab importer from Brazil as trade surges
Brazil’s exports to the Arab region soared 22.5 percent year over year in volume amounting to $2.91 billion during the first quarter of 2021, SPA reported, citing figures released by the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC).

Brazil’s sugar production in 2020/21 is estimated at 41.8 million tons, which would be an increase of 40% compared to last year. Sugar exports in 2020/21 are also expected to be record high.
